A high-energy, music-driven workout that combines rhythm and cardio using movement-based routines. This is a group-led experience — there’s no single coach or instructor — just follow along, keep moving, and stay inspired by the energy of the group. Through rhythmic movement, participants build endurance, coordination, and total-body strength while releasing stress and having fun. With options to modify, this welcoming class is designed for all fitness levels looking to start their weekend strong.
