Child Supervision & Tag-Along Policy:

(For children not enrolled in a Fusion program)

At Fusion Impact Center, we love that families feel welcome here. Many of our members are parents, and we understand that sometimes children need to accompany you to class. That said, safety, respect for the space, and consideration for all participants must come first.

To ensure a positive experience for everyone, please review and follow the expectations below:

Parent / Guardian Responsibilities

If your child is not actively participating in a Fusion program, the following applies:

  • Children must remain under direct supervision of their parent or guardian at all times.

  • Parents are responsible for their child’s behavior, safety, and location while onsite.

  • Parents may not rely on instructors, other participants, or other children to supervise or redirect their child.

  • If a parent is unable to actively supervise their child while working out, we ask that alternative arrangements be made for that class.

Expectations for Children in the Space

For safety and respect of others:

  • Children must stay in designated areas only and away from active workout zones.

  • Running, climbing on equipment, entering workout areas, or disrupting classes is not permitted.

  • Equipment, furniture, and supplies are not toys unless specifically designated.

  • Children should remain calm, respectful, and non-disruptive to participants and instructors.

Safety & Disruptions

Fusion classes involve weights, movement, and equipment that can pose serious safety risks.
Distractions during class not only affect the experience of others — they can lead to injury.

If a child’s behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive:

  • The parent will be asked to step out of class to address the situation immediately.

  • Repeated disruptions may result in the parent being asked to end the workout early.

Behavior Accountability

To keep expectations clear and consistent, Fusion follows a simple accountability system:

1.     First Reminder – A verbal reminder of expectations.

2.     Second Reminder – Parent will be asked to pause participation to address the issue.

3.     Third Occurrence – The family may be asked to leave for the day and future class attendance with tag-along children may be restricted.

This is not punitive — it’s about safety, respect, and fairness to all families.

Our Heart Behind This
